Security Technology Education and Analysis Laboratories
NUCIA's Information Assurance curriculum creates some interesting laboratory requirements. To meet these needs, NUCIA supports two primary labs: Security Technology Education and Analysis Laboratories or STEAL for short. STEAL 1 and STEAL 2 are located in PKI 350 and 361 respectively.
Connectivity
Students can bring content into the keycard controlled labs, but may not take any writable media out. Each room has a single Internet connection machine that is not connected to the lab network in any way creating an air gap. For more information see the STEAL Policy.
Scheduling Time
The labs can be reserved through the scheduler. For more information on this see the Lab Manager. The labs are continuously being updated and improved. If you like you can subscribe to the low-volume, non-discussion, lab announcement list at STEAL announce.
